Course Overview
Many in business find that they are expected to use certain applications on their computers. However, their knowledge stops there and they don\'t feel comfortable with the machine on their desktops. This survey course covers the basics of information technology for managers and others. It explains the theory and terminology of computers as they are used in organizations. This course includes hands-on exercises each week to solve a common business need.
