Course Overview
This course is designed for managers both in the public and private sector, who wish to get the most out of budgets, whether it be during preparation, review or end use

Course Objectives
At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
• See how the budget relates to the two key financial statements: balance sheet and income statement.
• Prepare a budget consistent with the organization\'s strategic plan.
